Went above and beyond to make sure I had a satisfying experience. A part broke during the installation of a new CPU… they fixed it so I was never without my computer, replaced the part and installed the new CPU for free. Then dropped the computer off at my house, set it up, and made sure everything worked perfectly. All this for free. Tremendous integrity and commitment to customer service. If you’re shopping for an honest and reliable computer repair shop, these guys are it.

I adventures a few places around Ottawa to fix my broken Macbook screen and Within the Hour was the most responsive business with the best turn around time. This business was very professional and handled my laptop problem quickly (getting my wifi adapter working again.) I thought it was a hardware problem, but they were able to solve it quickly with a software solution. I had my computer back within a few hours - on a Saturday.
